Palm OS Smartphone/PDA/Cell Phone Connectivity Problem

The following solution applies to all Palm OS-based Smartphone, cell phone and PDA whenever you are unable to synchronize with the computer.
Initiate HotSync Process with Palm OS-based Smartphone/PDA:
1. Connect the cable/cradle with computer, and launch Palm Desktop on the computer.
2. On the Palm PDA/Cell Phone screen, go to home, and select HotSync under the program list.
3. Make sure the connection is set to Cable/Cradle, and then hit the HotSync icon above.
4. Your Palm will start synchronizing with your computer.

If you continue to have the same problem, please visit Palm Support Center and download all the necessary driver/installation file and update.

You may also try uninstall the Palm Desktop and reinstall it.
